Entrepreneurs in Singapore
Pathways was established since 2013 and it is created from an IPC-accredited Charity known as Social Health Growth Ltd that aims to serve all single-mothers / single parent and low-income families to secure jobs and provide training.
Our program draws on Singapore entrepreneurs and all global resources to raise women of all walks of life to a level of financial independence.
This social impact is different from others in which we combine targeted poverty relief efforts and innovative entrepreneurship to set forth a creative and purposeful assistance plan. Since the establishment of Pathways in 2013, we have contributed to 5 different companies and they have also employed our beneficiaries with the requisite skills and knowledge.

We have launched a micro-entrepreneurial training programme (leadership empowerment) which utilizes a combination of offline training courses to develop beneficiaries' professional and entrepreneurial skills to nurture a sense of social responsibility. With this, the company hopes to shed light on social issues, foster innovative projects and alleviate fears that beneficiaries may have in the workplace.
Pathways’ plans to empower beneficiaries in Singapore is one of the company’s three corporate social responsibility strategies in Singapore. The company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy aims to use the might of its global network of supply chains to give more developmental opportunities to the women living in poverty. By ensuring workplace gender equality, we hope to improve the gender hierarchy in the workplace through decreasing the wage gap between men and women. We also create financial sustainability reporting using GRI-SDG framework, by integrating IFRS S1 and S2 for companies. It helps companies to harnest company's ESG compliance for scrope 1,2 and 3 by using solar panel, which create energy saving.
